Refund policy
Standard Return Policy:
You can initiate a return for most new and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.* You must return items in new or unused condition with all original materials included with the shipment. We must receive your returned items at our processing facility within 45 days of delivery (*see exception for custom made products). We inspect all returned items, if the return is a result of our error or defective product, we will refund the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges.
Custom-Made Products Return Policy:
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for Custom or personalized orders.
Products that are made to order are sent directly onto our production queue. Due to this process and the wide range of sizes and colors that we offer, we cannot accept returns or refunds.
If there is an error that occurred during manufacturing, Jeyfel will send out a replacement for the defective item(s) free of charge (Photo proof is required). Without photo proof, Jeyfel will require you to send the package back at your expense. If we determine that the error was caused on our end, we will reimburse you for the authorized shipping expense. Any cost of shipping over the authorized amount will not be reimbursed.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@jeyfel.com.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
